The need for the Campus Encourager program began in October 2017 in Hillsborough County when the Principals and Faith Based leaders came together to talk about how we could work together. The name was established in January of 2018 as we started placing pastors in the schools. We realized teachers and the staff of the schools are in need of encouragement. Since that time we have been able to minister to not only the faculty but to the families who are in need as well.
