How it all started...
In 2014 a vision was given of the Body of Christ and how fractured we were. Many churches were doing the same things but not doing it together. This was the reason for naming the ministry "The Common Ground Movement". We believe we are better together and if Jesus is your personal savior, we are kin.
We began planning our first youth event where youth groups from the Plant City Florida area came together to worship the Lord. In April 2015. At that event we had 31 different churches came together which was awesome. Our desire was to see the youth recognizing each other in their school so the could form a relationship. If we could train the young people to work together it would it would help them understand we can work together. "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart." Proverbs 22:6.
We have had several Nights of Joy services as well as establishing The CGM Campus Encourager program. We really are excited to see what God has in store as we move forward. I was given the image (to the right) which stood for "A Heart on Fire for God carrying the message of the cross!"

Expanding the vision...
We are working to reach more schools with our Campus Encourager program. Whether it will be working to bless teachers & the staffs of the schools or working with the families of the schools. Our vision is to serve. It is Together We Serve!
Where we are headed...
We are working on our podcast that will air on this website. We will have The On Common Ground program, CGM Solutions, Band Concerts, Bible Studies as well as church services of Campus Encouragers and more. We have a lot we believe God is opening up. We are glad you are choosing to come along with us!
